My dearest one


As I sit here, missing you with every fiber of my being, I find solace in this fact that our love transcends the physical distance between us. Though miles may separate us, my heart remains eternally bound to yours, for you are the one who brings joy and meaning to my life.

Every day, I  remember of the incredible connection we share. From the first moment we met, it was as if the universe conspired to bring us together. Your smile, your laughter, and the way you effortlessly brighten up my dark room are all constant sources of inspiration for me. I try to live in  those moments. I realize how fortunate I am to have you in my life.

Even though we cannot hold hands or share the warmth of an embrace, I take solace in the memories we have created together. Our late-night conversations, filled with laughter and vulnerability, have given me a deeper understanding of who you are and the beautiful soul that resides within you. Our shared dreams and aspirations ignite a fire within me, reminding me that no obstacle can stand in our way.




The distance we face has only served to strengthen my love for you. 

It has taught me patience, perseverance, and the importance of cherishing memories we have together. In this journey, we have learned to communicate more effectively, to listen with intent, and to offer support from afar. Our love has grown stronger, forging a bond that nothing can break.

When loneliness sets in, I close my eyes and imagine your gentle touch, your tender embrace, and the way your voice resonates in my heart. CLIMATE CHANGE IN HIMALAYAS :  उत्तराखंड में हो रहे विकास कार्यों के कारण पर्यावरणीय संकट और पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र का विनाश एक गंभीर चिंता का विषय बन चुका है। जबकि विकास को राज्य की आर्थिक प्रगति के लिए आवश्यक माना जाता है, बिना पर्यावरणीय संतुलन रखे किए गए कार्य अक्सर दीर्घकालिक नुकसान का कारण बनते हैं। विकास कार्यों के चलते पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों की विशिष्ट भौगोलिक स्थिति और संवेदनशील पारिस्थितिकी अस्थिर हो रही है। पेड़ों की अंधाधुंध कटाई और विकास की कीमत उत्तराखंड में विकास के नाम पर पेड़ों की अंधाधुंध कटाई ने एक गंभीर संकट को जन्म दिया है। 2024-25 में देहरादून-ऋषिकेश मार्ग पर सड़क चौड़ीकरण के लिए 3,300 पेड़ों की कटाई की योजना बनाई गई। इससे पहले दिल्ली-देहरादून राजमार्ग चौड़ीकरण के तहत 31,750 पेड़ों की बलि दी जा चुकी थी। इन विकास कार्यों के लिए पेड़ों की बलि ने जलवायु परिवर्तन को और बढ़ावा दिया है, क्योंकि पेड़ों की कमी से वायुमंडलीय तापमान में वृद्धि हो रही है और स्थानीय पारिस्थितिकी तंत्र पर नकारात्मक असर पड़ रहा है। पर्यावरणीय कार्यकर्ताओं और स्थानीय निवासियों ने इन फैसलों का विरोध क...

चाय की प्याली

  “हाँ ये चाय रख दो यहाँ पर” मैंने छोटू को  मेज की तरफ इशारा करते हुए कहा, ये वक़्त शाम की चाय का था और पिछले कुछ दिनों से एक नया लड़का चाय देने आ रहा था,यूँ तो चाय उसी टपरी की थी,पर स्वाद और जायका बदल गया गया था,पहले एक लड़की वहाँ चाय बनाती थी और अब शायद उसका भाई। मैं इस शहर में एक साल से रह रहा था,मैं एक छोटे से कस्बे का जोशीमठ का रहने वाला था और श्रीनगर जैसे बड़े शहर में पिछले एक साल से जल निगम में सहायक क्लर्क के पद पर था,यूँ तो काम कुछ ज्यादा था नहीं पर मेरे लिए बहुत जरूरी था, क्योंकि ये मेरी पहली नौकरी और दूसरी बात ये कि मैं घर से दूर निकल गया था जो कि मैं हमेशा से चाहता था। मेरी आँखों में मेरे ऑफिस का पहला दिन चल रहा था ,जब मैं नई जगह नई नौकरी को लेकर उत्साहित और थोड़ा सा नर्वस भी था और अपने पहले ही दिन कुछ ऐसा करना चाहता था कि मेरा मन इस नई जगह में रम जाए,यूँ तो मैं कोई दक्षिण भारतीय फिल्मों का कोई फंतासी नायक तो था नहीं कि कुछ असाधारण कार्य कर दूं और सबकी नजरों में हीरो बन जाऊं.......मुझे तो खुद के लिए कुछ वजह तलाशनी थी जिसके बूते मैं एक नए और अपेक्षा कृत बड़े शहर में रह ...

जनवरी की बारिश

 बाहर बारिश हो रही थी, जनवरी की बारिश ,वैसे आजकल मौसम बड़ा ही ठंडा था और बारिश ने तो हाल और बुरे कर दिये थे, मैं अपने कमरे में बैठा हुआ खिड़की से बाहर देख रहा था ,मैं दूसरी मंजिल पर रहता हूँ मेरे कमरे के आगे एक छत है जिस से पूरे कस्बे का दृश्य साफ दिखता है, और नदी पार तक सारा दृश्य बारिश के बीचों बीच मैं अपने कमरे में बैठा देख रहा था । तभी क्या देखता हूँ अंतरा बाहर बारिश में जा रही है, ये लड़की बारिश को देखकर पागल सी हो जाती थी जब कभी बारिश होती तो चिनखी(बकरी का छोटा सा बच्चा, जो बहुत प्यारा होता है) की तरह भा बारिश में उछल कूद  करने लगती थी, वो मेरे बगल वाले कमरे में रहती थी, अक्सर हम दोनों छत में बैठे हुए रहते थे जब भी धूप रहती थी तो इस वक़्त तो बिल्कुल अलग हाल थे। अंतरा बारिश में कुछ और ही बन जाती थी उसके अंदर का अंतर्मुखी सा छोटा बच्चा गायब सा हो जाता था ओर एक शैतान चंचल और नटखट सी अंतरा बारिश में भीगते हुए मेरे सामने थी, वो एक दम चिनखी लग रही थी कभी इस कोने खेल रही थी कभी उस कोने पर , उछल कूद में व्यस्त । मैं उसको यूँ देखता ही रह गया , और सब कुछ भूल गया जैसा कि अक्सर होता था ...
